Comeback is the victory
Missed a day? Nudge celebrates you the moment you come back. Each return is counted, visualized, and honored — because returning after a gap is harder than routine.
Traditional trackers shame you for breaking a streak. Nudge celebrates messy consistency — showing up 60% of the time beats burning out at 100%.

Good afternoon! 5 habits to go.
Comeback #1 — You showed up again!
Nudge is built on a simple idea: the hardest part of a habit is showing up again. Every feature rewards that act — not some fragile streak number.
Missed a day? Nudge celebrates you the moment you come back. Each return is counted, visualized, and honored — because returning after a gap is harder than routine.
Grow from Seed to Sprout to Flower to Bloom based on a rolling 30-day window — not eternal perfection. Every tier has encouraging copy. None of them judge you.
Every habit has a micro version. "Read a book" becomes "Read one page." Swipe left on any card to swap. Low-energy day? Flip Easy Day Mode for every habit at once.
Long-press any habit to start a 2, 5, 15, or 25 minute timer. Haptic cues at halfway and done. Auto-completes the habit. Designed to defeat time blindness.
Confetti when you finish, a Calm Mode when you don't want it, haptic milestones at 50/70/90% consistency, and a celebration every time you come back.
Not sure where to begin? A built-in 14-day path teaches the science of ADHD-friendly habits — dopamine loops, the 2-Minute Rule, time blindness — and unlocks 4 habits at the right moments.
Stuck for ideas? Browse 30+ ADHD-friendly habits by theme — 💪 Health, 🎯 Focus, 🧘 Calm, 💜 Self-Care. Tap to add. Pomodoro, Brain dump, Nature break, Gratitude note, and more.
A 4-week visual story of your effort: ● active, ● comeback, ● gap. Gaps aren't failures — they're context. See your real pattern, not a shame graph.
"You hit your stride in the afternoon." "2 more than last week." "1 comeback this week." Gentle, personalized signals surface in Statistics — no dashboards to configure, no numbers to chase.
Small and medium Lock Screen / Home Screen widgets show today's progress, consistency tier, and what's up next. Glance, act, move on — never open the app just to check.
Choose Health, Focus, Calm, or All. Nudge auto-loads a starter journey and a handful of habits sorted by morning, afternoon, and evening — or add your own in 10 seconds.
One tap finishes the full version. Swipe left to see the 2-minute version. Long-press to open the focus timer. Everything triggers a spring animation and gentle haptic.
Sick, busy, traveling, intentional rest — pick one. Skipped days count toward consistency. Only unacknowledged misses break the count. You're in control.
Over a rolling 30-day window you grow from Seed to Bloom. Every time you return after a gap, a Comeback badge appears. It's the moment the app is really built for.
Based on a 30-day rolling consistency score (0–100%). Tiers adjust every day. You can never get stuck — and you can never "break" one.
"Every start counts. You're here, and that matters."
"You're building momentum — messy consistency is real consistency."
"Look at you go! Your rhythm is taking shape."
"You're in full bloom — this is your flow."

No — anyone with perfectionism anxiety, burnout history, or a complicated relationship with streak-based apps will feel at home. Nudge was designed around ADHD research, but the "messy consistency" model works for every brain. If a broken streak has ever made you delete a habit app, you're the target audience.
A streak resets to zero the moment you miss one day. Consistency is a percentage of the last 30 days where you were active (completed or intentionally skipped). One rough day moves the needle slightly. A week of misses doesn't erase a month of effort. And coming back always helps — never hurts.
The Statistics tab visualizes this four ways — a 30-day heatmap with four states (🟩 Done, 🟨 Partial, 🟦 Skipped, ⬜ None), a Resilience Timeline of active days vs. comebacks vs. gaps, a week-over-week comparison, and a "Best Time" insight that spots when you actually show up.
Any time you show up after at least one inactive day, Nudge registers a comeback and celebrates it. You'll see a count — "Comeback #7" — on your dashboard. Returning after a gap is statistically the hardest moment in habit formation, so we treat it as the highest-value action in the app.
No account is ever required. Nudge works fully offline — all data lives on your device. iCloud sync across devices is on the roadmap but not shipped in v1.0. We never see your data either way.
Yes — all users (free or Premium) can export every habit, log, and journey-progress entry as JSON at any time from Settings. Export is not a Premium-gated feature.
Turn them off. All reminders are optional and local. Notification copy is intentionally encouraging ("You're here, that's what matters") — never guilt-based. And nothing sends between 10pm and 6am, ever.
Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets ship with v1.0 — both small and medium sizes showing today's progress, consistency tier, and up-next block. Apple Watch is on the roadmap; we want to do it right, not fast. Join the TestFlight via Support to see it early.
Open iOS Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → Nudge → Cancel. Standard Apple subscription controls, no dark patterns, no "are you sure" emails. You'll keep Premium access until the end of your billing period.
The single most helpful thing: leave a 5-star App Store review. It's the oxygen for indie apps. After that: subscribe to Premium, tell one friend who you know would get it, or send feedback through the Support page. All three mean a lot.
